Football Transfer Research

Nowadays football is one of the most popular sports in the world with millions tuning in every day to watch or play, yet some business decisions that are taken by professional clubs and players are absolutely shocking. Let's Chelsea F.C. for example. Chelsea is one of the biggest clubs in the world, yet from the last 19 strikers it signed only 4 have arguably made an impact on the club. This is worrying not only because of the money wasted but also for the reason that 15 quality players "killed" their career by transferring to the wrong team at the wrong time. My challenge is to prevent incidents like these from happening in the future.

My goal is to create a company that thoroughly studies all the different aspects,from physical to psychological, of a football transfer and informs both the team and the player if the transfer is going to be successful or not. The company will consist of specialists in data analysis, sport management, human behavior etc, and all these people will examine each potential transfer in order to let the team and the player know if they are a good match.
