Bringing new Transportation to Enschede

The problem that I am addressing is that in Enschede, as of now, there is so little amount of short-trip transportation to use (i.e. from the campus to a campus housing) beside a bike or a bus. Often times, students' bike break down and need time to fix and also there are some students who cannot ride a bike and have to take a bus every time on the campus.

The proposed solution for this problem is to make an electric scooter in which can be placed around the campus for its usage. The electric scooter itself then would be made into prototype first to adjust with the situation and for research and development before going to the final product. The price itself should be low to compete with the bus.
